On-site reviewFor medical, dental and law offices

A look at your IT, not your files.

We visit, check your devices, network and accounts, and write up what we found. It's free, and the report is yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

What's included

What we check during the visit.

A walk through the office

Every desk, room and closet with equipment in it, at a pace that works around your day.

Each computer and device

Age, updates, encryption and whether it is still supported.

Network and Wi-Fi

Coverage, router settings and whether guests are kept off the staff network.

Accounts and logins

Who has access, whether multi-factor login is on, and whether former staff are still active.

Backups

Whether they exist, where they go, and whether anyone has ever restored one.

A written report

Plain English, in priority order, with a monthly quote if you want one.

What we won't do

We check settings, never content.

Your office runs on confidential information. We're there to look after the systems, not the records inside them.

Dental and medical
We sign a business associate agreement before we see any patient data.
Law firms
A confidentiality agreement can be in place before our first visit.
We don't read patient records, case files or email.
We don't install software or change anything during the review.
We don't interrupt patients, clients or staff in appointments.
We don't share what we find with anyone but you.
We don't push. The report is yours either way.
What it's like for your office

Your team keeps working.

Before

We confirm a time and send a short note on what we will look at.

During

We work a desk at a time. Anyone with an appointment keeps working.

After

A written report and a quote, usually within a few days.

Questions

What people usually ask.

Is this an audit?

No. It is a technical review of your IT, not an audit, certification or legal opinion. It shows where you stand and what to fix.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to know who has the Wi-Fi and router logins, but we can find out together.

Will you sign a BAA or NDA first?

Yes. Healthcare clients get a business associate agreement before we see any patient data, and law firms can have a confidentiality agreement in place before we visit.
